We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Order Cancellations

As our products are consumable wellness goods, all orders are processed immediately after payment. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Quality Issues

We want you to have a great experience with Yugo. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@yugohealth.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will promptly review the case and, if verified, issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Note: For replacement, Return request should be raise within 2 days of delivery. We do not provide return, we accept returns only for replacement. Claims reported beyond the specified period or without valid proof (photo/video) may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind
  • Opened, partially used, or tampered products
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners once the order has been dispatched

All Yugo Health consumable products are final sale once payment is completed.

Refund Timelines

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
